Left-over Boiled Crabs
What to do with left-over boiled crabs?
There are two things to do with left over boiled crabs:
But first, remove shells and "dead-men" (lungs), breaking the crabs in two.

Crab and Shrimp Gumbo Recipe: Add these crab halves to the gumbo!

New Orlean's Sytle Marinated Crabs: Marinate the crabs in olive oil and italian seasoning along with
Boscoli Italian Chopped Olive Salad. Place into a glass container and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and pick out the crab meat from the shells: eat the crab meat as you go. Tastes like the original New Orleans favorite and famous "Muffuletta" sandwich!
