Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
Chocolate Cupcakes
Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix
- Prepare and bake cupcakes per recipe on box
- Cool completely
- Makes 24 cupcakes
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 – 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
1 – stick salted butter (softened)
1 – teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 – cups confectioners’ sugar
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl using a paddle attachment.
- Add the confectioners’ sugar a little bit at a time.
- Once all ingredients are fully incorporated, increase the speed to high and mix until light and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
- Enjoy!
