Bisquick Christmas Cookies
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups bisquick

Cream butter and sugar

Mix-in eggs

Stir-in bisquick in small portions

Put thru cookie press, or roll dough out and cut with cookie cutter, or just cut into 1" x 3" rectangles, or roll up dough into a 2" diameter cylinder, put roll in the frig and let cool, then slice 2" diameter circles off the roll. I like my dough 1/8 inch thick.
- Decorate with colorful sprinkles (as desired)
- Bake at 400 F until golden brown (10 to 15 minutes ?)
- Makes about 5 dozen Christmas wreaths or spritz cookies
