Bisquick Christmas Cookies

2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups bisquick

  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Mix-in eggs
  • Stir-in bisquick in small portions
  • Put thru cookie press, or roll dough out and cut with cookie cutter, or just cut into 1" x 3" rectangles, or roll up dough into a 2" diameter cylinder, put roll in the frig and let cool, then slice 2" diameter circles off the roll. I like my dough 1/8 inch thick.
  • Decorate with colorful sprinkles (as desired)
  • Bake at 425 F until golden brown (13 minutes ?)
  • Makes about 10 dozen Christmas wreaths or spritz cookies or Saint's fleur-de-lis Christmas cookies (shown below)
